Warranty, Exchanges and Returns

At Solotica Discount you will find more than warranty of your products. Purchasing one of our products in our store, you will get:

* Original Product and Distributors Certificate;
* Description of each product and its expiration date;
* Warranty provided by the manufacturer;
* Safe packaging for each product;
* A safe server and store to order;
* Agility, safety, economy and the warranty of delivery;

Dear Customer, it’s extremely important that this warranty terms must be read with attention, to explain the product warranty is provided under the following conditions below:

Upon receipt of the parcel, check if your order is the same as you ordered.
If the order is not the same as ordered, Solotica Discount will exchange with no charges to the customer.


0.1 - WE DO NOT SELL contact lenses for people under 18.


0.2 - Return for Desistance:
The timeframe to desist the purchase, is up to 5 business days after the day of delivery. The product must be forwarded by Postal Service(DHL, FEDEX, UPS and etc. will not be accepted) in perfect condition to the following address:

IMPORTANT:
No returns and refunds will be accepted in the case of product violations, such as marking, written or any kind of changes in the original package. After we receive the lenses, they will be analyzed.
The refund process has up to 10 business days, to the same credit card used to place the order. The expenses and the shipping paid will not be refunded.

0.3 - Defective product:
To file the complaint to the manufacturer, the customer has up to 5 business days, from the day of delivery and must send the lenses in a suitable contact lens container, stored in an appropriate care product and in the blister pack (or the original vials for annual contact lenses).
A copy of the invoice shall be included. Also, a letter must be sent explaining what happened to the lenses.

Complaints concerning dried contact lenses, tears, fissures, fungi, improper handling, improper aseptic product, or bacterial proteins are not considered as defect by the manufacturer.

All products go through a prior analysis, to check the vials, the lenses, the invoice and the letter.

The factory has up to 30 business days to send us flawless lenses or the same lenses sent with its report.

0.4 - Colored Contact Lenses:
Solotica Discount is not responsible for the final result of colored lenses. The pictures are
provided by the manufacturers, therefore they are merely illustrative and may not achieve the results according to the color shown on the website.


REMINDER:
WARRANTY COVERS ONLY MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, EXCEMPTED ANY MALPRACTICE AND IMPRUDENCE.
EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH THE PROPER PACKAGE, ORIGINAL VIALS AND INVOICE.

***All expenses regarding the defective product, will be refunded by SOLOTICA DISCOUNT  by Credit card.
